2. Cancellation Policy

Orders or rentals may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

To cancel, please contact us at refunds@allpartyrentalfactory.com or through your account dashboard.

Once an order or rental has been processed, picked up, or delivered, cancellation may no longer be possible.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days of purchase

• The rental service has not been fully used or delivered

• The product is defective, incorrect, or not as described

Non-Refundable Items:

• Used rental equipment

• Custom orders

• Promotional or discounted purchases

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

6. Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle.

Once cancelled, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time unless required by law.
